Dive Deeper

For the enthusiasts who have been meditating for a while, I invite you to join me in these upcoming classes to discover the depths of ancient Vedic wisdom.

Rounding Workshop and Advanced Techniques are shorter training sessions to learn additional tools to accelerate your practice.

Exploring the Vedas and Mastering the Siddhis are immersive series of lectures and discussion sessions designed for those who are eager to delve into the origins behind our practice of meditation.

I offer these courses either as private or small group classes.

  • 2-hour class

Rounding is a program to release more stress by adding a series of pranayama (breathing exercises) and gentle asanas (postures) to the meditation practice.

This course is only taught in person, as it requires careful supervision.

  • The Veda is a body of knowledge that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Indian yoga, meditation, and philosophy all stem from the Veda. The Vedas teach that the most blissful way of living is in alignment with nature.

This comprehensive Exploring the Veda (ETV) course is divided into six installments, each held in person over a 3-day weekend.

The schedule for each installment is typically:

    Friday: 4:30pm to 7:30pm

    Saturday: 10:30am to 6:00pm

    Sunday: 10:30am to 6:00pm

While each 3-day seminar can be attended independently, it is important to complete the installments in sequential order. To participate in ETV, students must already have prior experience with rounding.

In some circumstances, part of the courses may be taken remotely as home study.

  • In this intensive course, divided into 6 installments, we learn about extraordinary human capabilities, known as "siddhis."

This series offers practical techniques to cultivate and harness these latent abilities within yourself.

In order to partake in this course, you must complete the corresponding prerequisite of Exploring the Vedas. For example, if you complete ETV 1, you may take MTS 1.

  • You can request to learn an advanced technique after you have been meditating regularly for about a year.

Special techniques for recovery from addiction are also available for those who have been regularly meditating.

  • Rounding Retreats, typically held over 4 days, are designed for deep clearing of stresses in the mind and body. Upcoming location and dates for retreat will be announced through my newsletter.

  • If you are interested to become a teacher of Vedic Meditation, please inquire about prerequisites and requirements.
