  • Yes. Children, age 5 and up, can learn Vedic Meditation if they have an accompanying parent or guardian who has also learned this technique.

  • No. I only teach in person for the initial 4-day meditation course, since it is key to learning this technique properly.

    Subsequent follow-ups, group meditations, and mentoring can be done over Zoom.
